However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over the age of 16. To ensure that the request has been made by you, we ask that you send a copy of your ID along with your request. Please black out your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than six weeks.

Farmoco B.V. would also like to inform you that you have the right to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
